Darya Moroz

Graduated from the Moscow Art Theatre School in 2003 (course of R. Kozak, and D. Brusnikin) and was accepted into the troupe of the Chekhov Moscow Art Theatre.

On the stage of the Moscow Art Theatre debuted in the performance “U“ (Pirogova). Played in such performances as: “Eternity and One More Day“ (Kalina), “The one who receives slaps in the face“ (Consuella), “Professor of literature“ (Ludmila), “Lady from the sea“ (Bolette).

Playing in performances: “Amadeus“ (Katerina Kavalieri), “Twelve pictures from the life of artist“ (Stranger), „Live and Remember” (Nastiona), „Representing a victim” (Olga), „Tartuffe” (Mariane), „The Rose Tattoo”(Rosa delle Rose), “Nest of the Nobility” (Varvara).

In the Theatre managed by O. Tabakov played in performances „Sandman” (Clara, Coppelia) and „Bolero” (Anna).

Acted in such films as: „Middle Age Crisis” directed by G. Sukachyov (1997), “Fortune” directed by Danelia G. (1999), “Savage” directed by Y. Pavlov (2001), «The sea is worried again …» directed by K. Gordon (2005), “The Spot” directed by Y. Moroz (2006), “Nankinsky
landscape” directed by V. Rubinchik (2006), “Live and Remember” directed by A. Proshkina (2008), “Apostol” directed by I. Ivanov and Y. Moroz (2008), “Thaw” directed by Lysenko, S. (2009 ), “The House of Sun” directed by G. Sukachyov (2009), etc.

In 2005 she graduated from the Faculty of Producing the Higher Courses of Scriptwriters and Film Directors (course of V. Arsenyev)

For the role of Nastyona in the performance “Live and Remember“ of the Moscow Art Theatre was awarded the prize „Seagull” (2006) in the category “Breakthrough“.
For the role of Nastyona in the film “Live and Remember” directed by A. Proshkin was awarded the prize of Russia Academy of Motion Picture Arts „Nicka” (2009) in the category “Best Actress”.
